We do our best effort that the items you requested, reach to you properly, however, in case, if you received incorrect, defective or damaged product, please notify us timely and return or exchange at Dvadose store within 3 days from original date of purchase.
If you received any damage or defective item, please share images and other details of product immediately and contact us as soon as possible for return or exchange as per policy. Return will be offered with original receipt or valid proof of purchase and within 3 days return period from original date of purchase.
Retaining original receipt will allow for easy return and will ensure that you receive the proper credit for your purchase. Returns will be offered, if the product is unopened, in its original packaging, in saleable condition, including all manuals and accessories, wherever applicable. Any gift with purchase or promotional give away that was issued in original purchase, should accompany the return
Open/loose medicines, spray, inhalers, open diapers and other baby products, breast pumps, meter test strips, other surgical items, and refrigerated items, will not be returned or exchanged
All authorized returns will be credited upon receipt of the return, less delivery costs. In case, of return or exchange via rider two-way delivery cost will not be credited. Delivery costs will not be credited unless the delivery error was the fault of the pharmacy.
Returns not accompanied by a receipt will be processed at our discretion and will only be exchanged with other item.
We reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of certain merchandise at any time and for any reason. In some instances, you may be required to deal directly with the manufacturer.
